Insights into usage and vehicles

First, we assess the number of vehicles involved, the driving profile, and the times of day (or night) when charging is actually possible. At the same time, we look at what your current grid connection allows and where the peaks in existing consumption occur. This combination determines what charging capacity is realistic, how many charging points make sense, and whether a battery container is needed to achieve the desired capacity within the existing connection.

Determining the charging capacity and number of charging points

The number of charging stations required and the corresponding power capacity are determined based on usage. This assessment also takes into account the growth of the vehicle fleet.

Smart energy management and optional battery

A single truck charging at 350 kW requires more power than an entire production facility during peak hours. With multiple vehicles charging at the same time, the demand quickly rises to levels that no standard connection can handle. Smart energy management automatically distributes the available power across the active charging points. If that proves insufficient, a Boltainer battery container absorbs the peaks and recharges in between.
