How long does it take to install the battery?

Our battery systems are usually available directly from stock. If a battery is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time is 4 to 8 weeks. Following a no-obligation consultation and site visit, we’ll schedule the installation quickly and efficiently so you can start reaping the benefits of your investment as soon as possible.

Who is responsible for maintaining the battery?

Battery maintenance is performed by our own service technicians or by a certified partner. This is done according to a fixed maintenance schedule to ensure that the battery continues to function safely, reliably, and at peak performance.

Will I be assigned a dedicated contact person to work with?

Yes, you will be assigned a dedicated contact person who will guide you throughout the entire process. Your contact person is available to answer your questions and provide support. This helps us keep the lines of communication short and clear.

Where can the battery system be installed?

The BOLT can be installed both indoors and outdoors, provided the location complies with the applicable safety guidelines in accordance with the PGS guidelines. The exact installation options may depend on the insurer’s requirements. Please contact us for personalized advice.
