Can I charge multiple vehicles at the same time?

Yes. Thanks to flexible power distribution, multiple vehicles can charge at the same time without any loss of efficiency.

Is the DC400 safe for outdoor use?

Yes. The charger is IP54-certified and equipped with protection against overvoltage, short circuits, overheating, and ground faults.

How does management and monitoring work?

With OCPP 1.6J and 4G/LAN, you get real-time insight into charging sessions, performance, and costs. Plug & Charge (ISO 15118) is also supported as standard.

What is the difference between the DC400 and the DC800?

The DC400 delivers up to 400 kW of power and is ideal for hubs and medium-sized charging stations. The DC800 delivers up to 800 kW (scalable to 1,600 kW) and is designed for mega-charging stations and heavy-duty transport.

Do I need a higher-amp power connection for the DC400?

A 3-phase connection (340–460 V) is required. Thanks to intelligent power distribution, additional circuit upgrades are often not necessary.
