How long does it take to install the BOLT-20?

The standard delivery time for the BOLT-20 is 90 days.

Who is responsible for maintaining the battery?

Battery maintenance is performed by our own service technicians or by a certified partner. This is done according to a fixed maintenance schedule to ensure that the battery continues to function safely, reliably, and at peak performance.

Will I be assigned a dedicated contact person to work with?

Yes, you will be assigned a dedicated contact person who will guide you throughout the entire process. Your contact person is available to answer your questions and provide support. This helps us keep the lines of communication short and clear.

What happens in the event of a malfunction?

All BOLT batteries are equipped with BoltOS, a smart monitoring system that provides 24/7 remote monitoring via a 4G/5G internet connection. In the event of a malfunction, proactive measures are taken to quickly identify and resolve any issues, often before you even notice them.

Are the inverters built into the container?

Yes, with the BOLT-20, the inverters are built into the container as standard.
