What are you going to do?

As an Office Assistant, you are the driving force behind our organization. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and play a key role in customer satisfaction and project support.

Here are your responsibilities:

 Customer Service Representative
You are the primary point of contact for our customers. With your service-oriented approach, you answer questions, resolve issues, and leave a positive impression.

 Administrative Support
Quotes, orders, and contracts? You’ll handle them. You’ll also monitor project progress and ensure that everything is processed accurately.

 
Process Management You’re firmly in control. You monitor schedules and ensure that deadlines are met, both for clients and for internal processes.

 Team Player
Together with sales, engineering, and logistics, you’ll work on the best solutions for our customers. Your contribution makes all the difference!

 

What do you bring to the table?

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused colleague. You have:
A vocational or higher vocational education (MBO+/HBO) level of work and thinking, preferably with a commercial or administrative background.
An eyefor detail and strong organizational skills.
Communicationskills that make both customers and colleagues happy.
 Fluency in Dutch and English.
Experiencewith administrative processes and CRM systems (preferred).
Apassion for sustainability (bonus points!).
